Lacy exemplifies the work ethic that is prominent in each of our staff members at JSA. Having earned a BA Degree in Mass Communication/Journalism from Fresno State, Lacy manages the day-to-day billing and accounting tasks, and manages a productive and tranquil office environment, often involved in performing tasks outside the realm of her defined job description. In her free time, Lacy is dedicated to the Patty Project, a children's outreach program.
