JSA Expands Client Services Department

JSA was recently awarded a contract from the Fresno Housing Authority to assist with the grand opening of Sierra Pointe of California. This affordable housing development located on the west side of Fresno is under the Hope VI Revitalization Plan and creates opportunities for first-time homebuyers with government grant assistance and home-owner education.

JSA developed a marketing and PR strategy that resulted in an overwhelming success. The grand opening news conference took place on Friday, Feb. 13 with guest speakers such as City of Fresno Council President Cynthia Sterling. The conference was followed by a public grand opening on Saturday, Feb. 14 at the Sierra Pointe neighborhood. With interested buyers lining up three hours prior to the opening of the sales office and nearly 100 pre-qualified potential buyers for the 53-lot community, the event was nothing short of a success. As proven by public response, this is a much-needed asset for West Fresno and will bring the American dream of owning a home to so many working families.
