JSAsf Lands Three New Clients
Jeffrey Scott Agency San Francisco (JSAsf) continues to buck economic trends, landing three new clients including: Hotel Council of San Francisco, FOMRAsf and Candlestick Heights, a new community by Goldman Sachs Co.
JSAsf will be developing and managing a multi-tiered branding and public information campaign for the Hotel Council of San Francisco, which represents over 70 luxury and boutique hotels in San Francisco. The campaign will also support the San Francisco hotel industry in general, which currently employs more than 100,000 employees and contributes over $500,000 annually to the city’s general fund.
FORMAsf, a design and development firm in San Francisco, has partnered with JSAsf to manage all online creation, production and placement for its newest residential building – 829 Folsom. The online campaign is set to roll out in May of this year to promote a new 69-unit building located in San Francisco’s emerging SOMA district and features luxuriously appointed homes from $400,000’s to $1.2 million.
Lastly, JSAsf will lead all marketing and advertising efforts for Goldman Sachs Co’s new community, aptly named Candlestick Heights, based on its location near Candlestick Park (3Com).
"Leading marketing and branding campaigns in this economy takes creativity, ingenuity and the ability to react quickly to changing market conditions," said Robert Farmer, Director of Client Services at JSAsf. "We were selected for these accounts because we understand our clients and the surrounding market, and we respond well to changing situations."
Farmer also believes that marketing, more than at any other time in the past several years, will be relying on new media vehicles to drive their message. "Consumers are increasingly looking online for answers to their questions," said Farmer. "If you do not have a solid on-line program going right now, you are not effectively reaching your target."
