The purpose of the
Junior Company Foundation is to provide scholarships for
continuing education and performance training opportunities in the
arts for past and present members of Good Company Players Junior
Company. By participating in the rigorous and demanding training
program provided by Good Company Players, the members who apply
for the scholarships have already shown a true interest, talent,
and determination for the preservation of the arts. Junior Company
has given many young people an appreciation for the arts, and many
of the former members are our biggest donors.
The Junior Company Foundation is an independent, separate entity
from Good Company Players, The Second Space, and Roger Rocka's
Dinner Theater.
The Junior Company Foundation is operated exclusively for
educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501 ( C ) (3) of
the Internal Revenue Code.
One hundred percent of your donation is tax deductible. One
hundred percent of your donation will go directly for
scholarships, unless otherwise indicated. The Foundation Board
sincerely hopes that you will consider the Junior Company
Foundation as a potential recipient for future contributions. With
your help the arts will survive into future generations. For
